ALAIN GRAILLOT, DOMAINESDES OULEB THALEB, TANDEM
Tandem is a jewel, creation of renowned winemaker Alain Graillot in his land in Marrakesh. While tandem cycling with his wife, Graillot discovered a precious lot and created Ouleb Thaleb winery. The Tandem 2017, is created with a Syrah grape that benefits from the African climate and produces a soft, balanced wine that is extraordinary. Justin Girardin Bourgogne 2018, a perfectly balanced Chardonnay, celebrated for its smoothness, velvety mouthfeel, and round body. This Chardonnay is young and has a soft oak and buttery tone, perfect to pair with our menu.
Justin Girardin is the young heir to his family’s 13 generations of winemaking, nephew of celebrated Vincent Girardin and son of Jacques. MARSURET, PROSECCO TREVISE
Our sommelier’s Prosecco selection for the season is Marsuret, a celebrated family winery in the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco region in Italy. Its Treviso Prosecco, from Galera grapes, tastes like pleasure, with flowers and fruit notes. It is a fresh and harmonious wine, deeply enchanting. An excellent choice for those who wish to taste a high-quality Prosecco.
PHILIPPE DE LOZEY, TRADITION BRUT

It is always the perfect time for champagne. Stéphane Prim, our sommelier, suggests Philippe de Lozey, Tradition Brut. Maison de Lozey is a small family winery that has created for generation a beloved champagne, coveted in the hospitality industry and not available in stores.
Made from Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay grapes, Tradition Brut is a fresh champagne, long in the mouth and dry, perfect for the warm climate, and an afternoon with friends.
Sauternes is a region 40 miles south of Bordeaux, celebrated for producing exquisite dessert wines. Château d’Yquem has produced wine since the 1500s. Its coveted bottles age marvelously well and have a sweet, lush, balanced, and full flavor. An exclusive pleasure, crown jewel of many wine collections.
